Mouth-Watering Teriyaki Lettuce Wraps
This is one of those meals we always resort to when we have no idea what to make for lunch or dinner (which happens OFTEN!).
I love how flavorful this dish is but still very light because of the lettuce wraps.
I make these for friends and family when they come over for sporting events or game nights and they are always one of the first dishes to be gone!
1lb Ground Turkey/Chicken
1 Bunch Green Onion
1 Can Sliced Water Chestnuts
1 Head Butter Lettuce
Chop green onion and water chestnuts
Season meat with black pepper and add to skillet, cook for about 5 minutes then drain any fat
Add green onion, water chestnuts, and teriyaki coconut aminos to skillet with meat
Finish cooking, remove from stove top, serve with washed butter lettuce
>> Store extra meat in air-tight class container, use stove to reheat. Enjoy within 3-4 days. <<
